Insurance and Fees

Transparent fee and payment information

Clear financial expectations are part of ethical care. We review fees, payment terms, and documentation early in the process.

Fees and billing expectations

Session fees are explained during consultation and intake so clients can plan with clarity. For select services, payment is required at booking to secure appointment time.

We aim to reduce billing confusion by reviewing appointment rates, late policy details, and reimbursement documentation before treatment starts.

  • Fee details reviewed before treatment begins
  • Digital receipts provided for records and reimbursement workflows
  • Policy terms shared for reschedule and cancellation handling

Paid booking policy

Paid sessions can be rescheduled to another available slot. Paid cancellations are non-refundable under current policy terms.

Insurance guidance

Insurance coverage depends on your plan, provider network rules, and service type. Clients are encouraged to verify benefits in advance.

Our office can provide guidance on documentation needs, but final eligibility and reimbursement decisions are made by the insurer.

Questions to ask your insurer

  • Is this provider in-network for my specific plan?
  • What is my deductible and current remaining amount?
  • Do I need preauthorization for therapy sessions?
  • How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
