Insurance booking through Headway
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit practice, our mission includes eliminating financial barriers to mental health care. Insurance clients should use Dr. Paula Gable's Headway page to check eligibility, review benefits, and continue with an insurance appointment. Insurance panels change periodically, so Headway is the current place to verify plan availability.

Transparent session fees
If you don't have insurance, prefer not to use it, or your plan isn't listed above, self-pay rates are available. We also offer a sliding-scale adjustment for clients who demonstrate financial need.
| Session | Standard Rate | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 15-Min Free Consultation | No charge | New clients only |
| 30-Minute Session | $77.50 | Individual, couple, or family |
| 45-Minute Session | $116.00 | Standard clinical session |
| 60-Minute Session | $154.65 | Extended clinical session |
Sliding-scale availability: A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available each month for clients who qualify based on household income. Please mention this when calling to inquire — we will never judge the need.
Your donation helps cover the gap.
Contributions support the nonprofit mission behind reduced-fee care, benefits support, and mental health access for Colorado families.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for your care before your first appointment. This applies if you are uninsured or choose not to use your insurance. Our team will provide a written estimate covering the cost of services expected to be rendered during your course of treatment.
- You have the right to dispute a bill if the final cost is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate.
- Ask our front desk for your written Good Faith Estimate before any scheduled services.
- This notice does not waive your right to use insurance or affect your legal rights.
